This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to this website, owned and operated by Aberdeen Mortgage Group, Inc., and to Jack Gladden’s communications with visitors who contact him through it. Loan applications are handled through ARBOR Financial Group’s secure application system, which has its own privacy notice.

When you call, email, request a consultation or refer a client, you may share your name, email address, phone number, property details and information about your loan goals. You never have to provide information to browse this site.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site may record technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited and the address of the site that referred you. This may be collected with cookies or similar technologies.
How we use information

How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you, for example with ARBOR Financial Group and lenders when you ask us to explore or apply for a loan, with service providers who help run this site under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Some site features may not work as intended without them. If this site uses analytics or advertising cookies, you will be able to manage them through a cookie preferences option on the site.
Tracking across other sites and Do Not Track
This site does not track your activity over time and across other websites, and it does not let other companies do so through it. The rates page shows a table of national averages from Mortgage News Daily, which your browser loads from their server; when checked on October 13, 2026 it set no cookies and loaded no analytics or advertising code. Because there is no such tracking, the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal. If that changes, this section will say which companies collect that information and how the site responds to Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise this right, email Loans@JackGladden.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share” or call 310-699-4451. We will honor browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may request to know what personal information we have collected about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights, subject to legal exceptions. Information collected for a loan is also governed by federal financial privacy laws.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. Please do not send Social Security numbers or account numbers by regular email; use the secure application instead.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we make a material change, we will post the new policy here with a new effective date at the top of this page before the change takes effect.
