Business owners are the borrowers lenders most often misread: write-offs lower taxable income, and income moves through the business. I qualify owners on what they really earn, and I’m glad to help your team with their own home loans.
How I help
- Qualify on real income. Tax returns read with add-backs, or bank statement and profit and loss programs when returns understate it.
- Property for the business. Investment and mixed-use property through business-purpose programs, closing in your LLC.
- Equity for growth. Cash-out refinances and HELOCs to free up capital.
- A resource for your team. Your employees can call me for straight answers on buying a home.

Questions
Can I qualify if my returns show low income?
Often, yes. Lenders add back some write-offs, and bank statement programs qualify on deposits instead of taxable income.
Can I buy property in my company’s name?
For investment and business property, yes, through business-purpose programs. A home you live in is usually bought in your own name or a trust.
Can my employees work with you?
Yes. I’m happy to be a resource for your team, whether they are buying their first home or refinancing.
