Situations I see often
- A project is nearly finished and the construction loan is coming due.
- Buyers in a new condo building can’t get conventional loans until the project sells enough units.
- A fix-and-flip is ready to sell, or to keep as a rental.
- A mixed-use building needs a lender comfortable with the commercial space.

Questions
Can you finance buyers in a new condo project?
Yes, including projects that don’t yet meet Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac rules, through specialist lenders who review the project directly.
What happens when construction is finished?
The construction loan is usually refinanced into long-term financing, such as a DSCR loan for rentals. I plan that exit with you from the start.
Do you finance fix-and-flips?
Yes, through rehab and bridge programs, and I can refinance the property into a rental loan if you decide to keep it.
